Arsenal failed to bring in any senior players during the January transfer window which has opened up a can of worms and questions regarding the competitiveness of the squad for the remaining seventeen games of the season.
The striker department in particular will see Alexandre Lacazette and Eddie Nketiah remain the only senior options for Arsenal and Mikel Arteta as they chase a top-four place.
The defence was significantly trimmed with Sead Kolasinac and Calum Chambers leaving on permanent deals to Marseille and Aston Villa respectively. Whilst Pablo Mari and Ainsley Maitland-Niles left on loan, and can both feature in the back four if necessary.
