Arsenal will have enjoyed watching Manchester United drop points in the Premier League this weekend. But now it is time for the Gunners to do their job in the race for a top-four spot.
Tottenham Hotspur moved level on points with their north London rivals on Sunday with a win over Newcastle United, although Mikel Arteta and his team can take comfort from the two games in hand they still have.
One of those comes on Monday and a tricky assignment awaits against their former player Patrick Vieira, who is now in charge of a vibrant Crystal Palace outfit. Victory for Arsenal south of the river would feel like a big step towards securing Champions League football for next season.
