Here is your Arsenal morning digest on Thursday, March 2.
Arsenal player ratings vs Everton
Arsenal moved five points clear of Manchester City at the top of the Premier League table following their 4-0 win against Everton. The Gunners got revenge for their disappointing defeat at Goodison Park last month with Gabriel Martinelli scoring twice as his fine vein of form continued.
football.london Arsenal reporter Kaya Kaynak has rated the Arsenal performance as Mikel Arteta finally gets one over Sean Dyche.
Martin Odegaard: Struggled breaking Everton down early but once they were open he came into his own. A well taken goal and some superb flicks in the midfield. 7.
Bukayo Saka: There's an alternate universe where Arsenal don't break Everton down in the first half and go on to struggle, but Bukayo Saka made sure that didn't happen. How many times has he been a difference maker for the Gunners this year? 9.
Leandro Trossard: Another really good display from the Belgian. Provided a lovely assist for the third and caused all manner of problems with his close control and sharp movement. Linked really well with Martinelli too. 8.
Gabriel Martinelli: People were doubting the Brazilian but he's now on a run of four goals in three matches. Looks so much better interchanging with Trossard and did a great job occupying the centre forward position for the most part. 9.

Declan Rice move
Arsenal are eyeing an ambitious £80million move for West Ham midfielder Declan Rice this summer, according to the Times. The report adds that a return to the Champions League is likely to boost their chances of investing in the transfer market, with Rice being the top target.
That's not to rule out other options though as Brighton's Moises Caicedo is also linked once again after the Gunners failed to sign the youngster in January.
Man United transfer battle
Arsenal look set to battle Manchester United and Barcelona for Brazilian wonderkid Vitor Roque in the coming transfer windows, according to reports. The youngster has impressed in recent weeks, featuring for the under-20s national team in the South American Championships.
Roque has already discussed a potential move in the next few months, outlining his preferred destination.
