In the space of a few seconds on Saturday afternoon, Jorginho experienced two contrasting emotions as Arsenal took the lead against Aston Villa.
And in truth, the Italy international's teammates, his manager Mikel Arteta, the coaching staff and many Gunners supporters - whether they were in attendance at Villa Park or watching from around the world - could certainly relate as the mood quickly shifted from agony to pure joy.
To set the scene, the game is tied up at 2-2, it's the third minute of injury-time, Arsenal are on the attack looking for that all-important goal to reclaim top spot in the Premier League table - albeit temporarily at that point - from Manchester City and Jorginho is demanding a cut-back from Gabriel Martinelli.

The Brazilian duly obliges as he plays a perfectly weighted pass so that the £12million signing from Chelsea does not have to break stride before producing a fine effort that beats Emiliano Martinez in the Villa goal only for the ball to smack the crossbar before hitting the Argentine World Cup winner on the back of the head and bouncing into the net.
Cue wild celebrations from Jorginho and the rest of the Arsenal players as they made their way over to the travelling supporters to revel in a goal that ultimately got the side back on track in the Premier League title race following three games without a win prior to kick-off at Villa Park.
However, it could have been so different. Had the ball not hit Martinez after coming back off the woodwork then perhaps the Gunners would have had to make do with a point and, in fact, upon closer look at the footage of the goal, Jorginho's reactions sum it up perfectly.
Initially after seeing his effort hit the bar, the 31-year-old momentarily puts his hands on his head as he reflects on coming agonisingly close to scoring his first Arsenal goal. But, fortunately, he didn't have to dwell for too long as he immediately takes off celebrating after the ball goes into the net.
Of course, the midfielder cannot claim the goal as it's officially gone down as an Martinez own-goal, but his late impact and general performance in the absence of Thomas Partey was praised by Arteta after the game: "I certainly didn’t see that quality of him - scoring from deep," the Spaniard told reporters.
"The biggest quality he has is that he makes other people look better, better than what you actually are. He’s made a huge impact already on the boys and the staff and hopefully our fans. I hope people can see that because I thought he was tremendous today."
