Arsenal are interested in signing Leeds United winger Raphinha, according to recent reports.
The Gunners finished fifth in the Premier League last season, narrowly missing out on a place in next season's UEFA Champions League. However, it was still a huge improvement on the prior two campaigns, both of which saw Mikel Arteta's side come eighth in the league rankings.
Technical director Edu is now looking to help bolster Arteta's squad in the summer transfer window just 12 months after splashing out in excess of £140million on six first-team additions. Now, The Telegraph have reported that the north London outfit are admirers of Leeds winger Raphinha, who could cost up to £70million this summer, according to The Athletic.

The report claims that Arsenal want to strengthen their forward line in the coming months following a season that saw them score just 61 times in the English top-flight and Raphinha is said to feature on their list of potential targets. The 25-year-old netted 11 goals in the league last term, providing a further three assists to help Jesse Marsch's men survive relegation on the final day of the season.
The tricky wideman has claimed in recent days that his future isn't in his hands, admitting that his agent Deco and Leeds control what happens next in his career. "I have a contract with Leeds until 2024, my future is in the hands of Deco and Leeds," he said while on international duty with Brazil.
"I have my mind set on the national team, on the game and also on my vacations. I have a contract with Leeds and this issue is resolved by my agent. When there is something, he will tell me."
