A second man has been arrested on suspicion of murdering Olivia Pratt-Korbel.
The 33-year-old was arrested by armed police on Lunsford Road in Dovecot, this afternoon (Friday, August 26). He has also been arrested on suspicion of two counts of attempted murder.

A 36-year-old man, from Huyton, has also been arrested on suspicion of murder and two counts of attempted murder, following a raid in Huyton on Thursday. Police released aerial footage of his arrest earlier this evening.
Olivia was shot dead in her own home on Kingsheath Avenue, Dovecot, after a gunman burst through her front door on Monday night. A photo of an Audi Q3 that's believed to be linked to Olivia's murder was also issued as part of the police appeal.
The Audi is believed to have been used to take convicted burglar Joseph Nee to hospital from Olivia's home on Kingsheath Avenue in Dovecot on Monday, August 22. Nee was the man chased in to the nine-year-old's home and shot by the killer of Olivia.
Nee was collected by a dark-coloured Audi and dropped off at hospital, leaving Olivia and her mum, Cheryl, behind. Police have seized the Audi, which is in the process of being forensically examined.
A police spokesperson said: "We are keen to speak to anyone who saw this car in the days leading up to the shooting, or has any information about its movements after leaving Kingsheath Avenue on the night."
They added: "The investigation in to Olivia's tragic murder is ongoing and we still need to build up a strong evidential picture so that we can bring those responsible to justice. Anyone with information is asked to DM @MerPolCC or contact @CrimestoppersUK on 0800 555 111.
"If you have any CCTV/dashcam/smart doorbell footage that could help our inquiries they can be downloaded on the dedicated public portal for Olivia's murder, which will go straight through to the investigation team. Footage can be submitted here Public Portal (mipp.police.uk) "
