Armed Buckingham Palace intruder who 'didn't know where he was' avoids jail

An armed intruder who claimed he "did not know where he was" when he attempted to scale the wall at Buckingham Palace has been spared jail.

Cameron Kalani, 44, was spotted by security guards entering The Royal Mews at the Palace while carrying a rucksack containing a kitchen knife inside an envelope.

He also had a wrap of cocaine on him during the incident on 10 May last year.
