Ark 2: Everything you need to know about Studio Wildcard's sequel

Ark 2 is Studio Wildcard's ambitious sequel for its long-running dinosaur-shaped survival series.

First announced back in 2020, the new game has been in the works for a long time now, with delays pushing the project back. At one time, it was projected to launch in 2023, but now Studio Wildcard revealed that Ark 2 is aiming to release sometime in 2028, with a two-year roadmap laid out for Ark: Survival Ascended that deliver an expansion that's setting to test out some of the features in the upcoming entry.
