On Monday, they began to make moves.

Player cuts
The Cardinals have announced the following cuts or reportedly will cut the following players:
- QB Colt McCoy
- CB Nate Hairston
- S Sean Chandler
- S Kendell Brooks (per Aaron Wilson)
- WR Brian Cobbs (per his agent)
- LB Zach McCloud (per agent)
- WR Andre Baccellia (per Aaron Wilson)
- WR Davion Davis (per Aaron Wilson)
- RB Ty’Son Williams (per Aaron Wilson)
- QB Jeff Driskel (per Aaron Wilson)
- S Andre Chachere (per Josh Weinfuss)
- RB Corey Clement (per Tom Pelissero)
- DL Rashard Lawrence (per Ian Rapoport)
- LB Kyle Soelle (per Aaron Wilson)
Players waived with injury designation
The following players were released but with an injury, meaning if they clear waivers without being claimed by another team, they will revert to season-ending injured reserve. They might later be released with an injury settlement.
