Are the Chicago Bulls finally going to blow it up after Zach LaVine’s season-ending foot surgery? More than a few analysts are going on record to say it is far past time for such a teardown to happen, or at least a retool. For now, it seems, the plan has been to carve out a deep groove on the belt of the proverbial treadmill of mediocrity.
