Arabica Coffee Posts Moderate Losses on Increased Supplies

March arabica coffee (KCH24) on Wednesday closed down -2.95 (-1.60%), and Mar ICE robusta coffee (RMH24) closed up +18 (+0.61%).

Coffee prices on Wednesday settled mixed, with Mar robusta posting a contract high.  Arabica prices Wednesday were under pressure on the outlook for an increase in supplies.  ICE Futures data show the number of bags of arabica coffee waiting to go through grading jumped to 37,379 as of Tuesday, from 23,166 bags on Monday.
