Phone users who have an Apple or Samsung device are being urged to check if they are due compensation.
It comes as millions of people who bought a smartphone from October 2015 are said likely said to be included as class members in Which?'s £480 million collective claim against chip maker Qualcomm.
Of this sum, users may be entitled to their share of compensation.
