Appeal for information after man in 60s dies following assault in Cork last month

A man in his 60s has died in hospital after he was assaulted in Cork last month.

A murder investigation has commenced, following the passing of the man in Cork University Hospital this Thursday.

A garda spokesperson said: "Gardaí in Cork are continuing to investigate the fatal assault of a man that occurred at Glentrasna Court, The Glen, Cork City on the 11th March 2023.
