Apollo Neuro review: can this vagus nerve stimulating wrist wearable combat stress?

Apollo Wearable - (Healf)

As someone with ADHD, I’m constantly battling struggles with sleep, focus and social anxiety. When I came across the Apollo Neuro, a wearable designed to deliver calming or energising vibrations, I was intrigued – and a little sceptical. Could a vibrating band really help me feel more balanced?

The Apollo Neuro promises to improve focus, help you unwind and even ease anxiety in social situations. It is a band you can wear on your wrist or ankle, or clip onto clothing. This then connects to an app where you can select different vibration profiles depending on your needs. Think of it as a portable calming device.
