UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres delivered his final address before the UNGA on Tuesday. In it, he called on countries to regulate AI and work towards ending the different armed conflicts raging around the world.

"Those countries leading this technological revolution ​must share information on emerging safety risks, cooperate on testing and evaluation and work towards common safeguards that protect us all," Guterres said during a passage of his speech.
