Ant and Dec have extended their exclusive contract with ITV for another three years, just months shy of celebrating a quarter of a century with the broadcaster.
The Geordie duo, both 47, currently host a number of shows on ITV1 and its streaming service ITVX, including I'm A Celebrity, Britain's Got Talent, Saturday Night Takeaway and Limitless Win. Ant and Dec were first signed by the broadcaster back in August 1998, meaning that this summer will mark 25 years of working with ITV.
Dec joked: "We can’t believe we are reaching 25 years exclusively with ITV. Especially as we are both only turning 30 this year!"

Ant added: "We’re so lucky to host the best entertainment shows in the world. We absolutely love our shows and we are both extremely happy and very excited to extend our relationship with ITV for another three years."
The pair first appeared on ITV on the CITV show Gimme 5 in 1994, which was also their first ever presenting gig after of course getting their first taste of fame as PJ and Duncan on Byker Grove. After stints on the BBC and Channel 4 - picking up two BAFTAs in 1996 for The Ant & Dec Show on CBBC - the duo were snapped up by ITV once again to present SMTV Live alongside Cat Deeley.
The Saturday morning show quickly became the most popular children's TV show in ITV's history - and set Ant and Dec on the path to presenting stardom. In 2002, the first episodes of both Saturday Night Takeaway and I'm A Celebrity aired, proving so popular that they're still on our screens more than two decades later.
The Tyneside superstars have won a whopping 43 National Television Awards, including 21 for best TV presenter, and 18 Bafta awards. Kevin Lygo, managing director for media and entertainment at ITV, said: "The world of television and streaming is always a much brighter place with Ant and Dec at the centre of it, and we look forward to continuing our successful working relationship with them across the next three years."
