A reality TV star's girls trip to Magaluf ended in 'disaster' after it descended into a drunken punch up between three of the women, an employment tribunal heard. Sammyjo Pearson of BBC 3 series Angels of the North took staff from her salon on a bonding trip to Spain.
But when a boozy brawl broke out between some of the Geordie hairdressers, her mum - and salon manager - Bev stepped in to break it up and had her hair pulled. One member of staff involved in the fight - Jemma Rowe - was held responsible for the hairpulling and suspended by Miss Pearson for gross misconduct.
She later resigned after facing disciplinary proceedings but sued, saying she had been the victim of sex discrimination and unfair dismissal. Her claims have now been thrown out.
