Strictly Come Dancing’s Angela Rippon revealed that she was “kicked in the head” during a terrifying mugging in London.
The 81-year-old opened up about her ordeal, during an appearance on the Vanessa show on Wednesday (8 April), in which a guest panel discussed whether you should confront criminals.
The Strictly star said she had been mugged on two separate occasions, with both attacks being carried out by male assailants whilst she was alone.
She said that during the first attack she “curled up in the foetal position” to protect herself as she hoped a member of the public would come to her assistance.
