Angel Reese’s WNBA offseason is one for the books. The Chicago Star was recently at a shoe awards event, looking marvelous, when she seemingly stumbled upon Rihanna.
If I ever met Rihanna, I cannot say that I would be as calm as Angel Reese. However, when you seemingly manifest something — as Reese tweeted Wednesday — maybe you prepare yourself for the moment it happens.
Reese was at the Footwear News Achievement Awards, where she received the Style Influencer of the Year award. Of course, being at such an event means you’ll likely run into other famous folks. So, what do you do when you meet? You get video proof. “I love you! The queen!” Reese said to a nearby Rihanna as the pair created a cute Instagram video. She excitedly told the music star that she wanted to work together one day. “Let’s do it,” Rihanna said back to her. “Always ready.” You love to see it.
