Ange Postecoglou says his Celtic team are worthy Premiership champions - and that is all he needs to know in the league home straight.
The Hoops have failed to win either of their last two game since clinching title glory against Hearts earlier this month, losing 3-0 to Rangers before a 2-2 draw with St Mirren at Parkhead on Saturday. Celtic round off their league campaign with a trip to Hibs on Wednesday before trophy day comes against Aberdeen this weekend.
Then the Scottish Cup final versus Inverness CT on June 3rd presents a chance to wrap up a Treble. Postecoglou has rotated his squad since confirming the title but he doesn't need to learn anything about his men. When asked about what he has learned about the team, he said: "I just wanted to give guys game time so we can be ready for the cup final. I haven't learned anything in the last period that I didn't already know.
"From my perspective, there is nothing I am learning now I didn't already know. Actually, the one thing I do know is that this squad is champions. So that is a pretty good feeling and what we set out to do. We did it and there is nothing else I need to know, really, apart from the fact they have been outstanding this year.
"They have won the competition, they have won another competition (the League Cup) and they have an opportunity to win another competition. Everything I need to know is right there."
