Andrey Santos has told Chelsea fans his focus is now on the club after his starring role at the South American Under-20 Championship.
The 18-year-old was one of the more low-key January signings made by the Blues, arriving from Vasco da Gama earlier in the window for a fee in the region of £16million.
Brazil lifted the trophy on Sunday in Colombia after a 2-0 victory over Uruguay, with the Chelsea teenager opening the scoring to bring an end to an incredibly successful few weeks.
Captain Santos scored six goals from midfield in the tournament, finishing as joint-top scorer, as Brazil went unbeaten in the nine matches they played.
In response to a tweet from the official Chelsea account listing his achievements, Santos posted: “Thank you very much. Now it’s focus on the blues!”

Santos is expected to now secure a work permit, as the Blues wait to get official clearance for the midfielder to play in England.
Players arriving from abroad need a certain number of governing body endorsement points to obtain a work permit to play in the Premier League.
It is believed Santos missed out on a that permit by just one point when he was first signed by Chelsea, but the club are already in the process of re-applying.
