Documents related to a challenge against a decision to exclude an alleged Chinese spy from the UK, including a witness statement from a senior adviser to the Duke of York, can be disclosed to the media, a tribunal has ruled.
Yang Tengbo, who has previously said he had “done nothing wrong or unlawful”, was excluded from the UK on national security grounds by then-home secretary Suella Braverman in March 2023.
