Leeds United chiarman Andrea Radrizzani has seemingly confirmed the club will renew their interest in PSV winger Cody Gakpo in the January transfer window.
Whites sporting director Victor Orta had travelled to the Netherlands in an attempt to broker a deadline day deal for the PSV star only for the Dutch club to decide to keep him, amid report that Netherland boss Louis van Gaal advised the 23-year-old to stay put until after this winter's World Cup.
Gakpo has been attracting interest from plenty of Premier League suitors, with Leeds just one of a handful of clubs keen on landing the winger.

Southampton also held a strong interest in signing Gakpo who will now remain with PSV for the foreseeable future.
However, Leeds' chairman Andrea Radrizzani seems to have confirmed on Twitter that the Whites will continue to work on bringing Gakpo to Elland Road during either the January transfer window or the transfer window next summer.
In a tweet replying to a Leeds fan, Radrizzani wrote: "Agreed. Lets welcome Bamba Dieng and we will continue to work on Gapko. Now its time to focus on the pitch and support our new project and the great job Jesse and the staff are doing"
Radrizzani also confirmed the Whites are close to landing Marseille forward Bamba Dieng, in a move that is reportedly set to cost Leeds around £10m.
