Andhra Pradesh HC notices to DGP, home secretary on CCTV in police stations

VIJAYAWADA: The Andhra Pradesh high court on Friday issued notices to the higher officials of the police department in the contempt petition filed challenging the inaction in complying with the high court orders in setting up of CCTV cameras at all police stations.

The high court directed home secretary, director general of police and director general of prisons to file counter affidavits.
