Anastacia sings to 'gobsmacked' fan at east London nail salon to get them to recognise her

US pop star Anastacia was spotted by fans at a nail salon in east London - and even broke into her hit song to get one to recognise her.

The I’m Outta Love singer - who was one of the biggest stars of the early 2000s and has sold more than 50 million songs worldwide - was seen getting her nails done at a shop in Bethnal Green.
