A man is in custody after allegedly detonating a device outside a federal building in New York City on Monday.

The incident in question took place outside 26 Federal Plaza in Lower Manhattan. Citing sources familiar with the case, CBS News described the man as an anti-ICE activist who had a small cart with the slogan "ICE off our street" written on it.
