The storm in the royal teapot erupted after the palace issued a heavily altered photograph of Kate with her three children- George, Charlot and Louis. The picture was meant to douse speculation about the Princess' whereabouts and her health, but instead her manipulated image unleashed a flood of rumours and conspiracy theories.
