Amey to carry out A77 roadworks worth almost £500,000

Roadworks worth almost £500,000 are set to benefit drivers in South Ayrshire.

Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland, are to undertake essential maintenance on the A77 from Ballantrae to Bennane at Lendalfoot.

It's estimated the work will directly aid more than 3,700 motors which use the road each day.
