A woman from America has left people in hysterics after secretly filming the prank she pulled on her British boyfriend, making sure to capture his super polite reaction. Alex Murphy, 34, regularly offers glimpses into her life in London with her boyfriend, Paul Klein, 30, sometimes sharing her questionable approaches to cups of tea and fried eggs.
Now the TV presenter decided to prank her other half while cooking Bolognese sauce for their dinner, by heaping an enormous amount of salt onto a spoon and asking him to taste the sauce. In the vid, Alex can be seen asking for Paul's opinion on the dish, all while keeping her face admirably straight, asking whether it needed any more salt.

Paul's thoughts on the sauce were crystal clear to see. Looking utterly confused, he can be seen struggling to maintain his composure as he coughs and apologises, before drinking a glug of water straight from the tap.
However, despite obviously not being too keen on the sauce, Paul remained completely polite and supportive of his partner's cooking, replying: "That is lovely… I loved it! [...] It was good, I wouldn't put anymore salt in it though."
The video, which has been uploaded to TikTok, has since been viewed more than 7.9 million times, clocking up nearly 650,000 likes, and many people felt it showed Paul was a "keeper".
One person laughed: "Bless him didn’t want to say it was rank."
Another commented: "Ik he was dehydrated for a week after that." [sic]
A third suggested: "You two need your own TV series.”
Admitting she couldn't wait to share the hilarious footage, former Dancing on Ice star Alex revealed: "I was inspired by seeing another girl do it on TikTok so I figured I had to give it a shot.
"I had been patiently waiting for him to come home for what felt like hours - when he finally come home, it felt like it was really awkward because I’m a terrible liar!
"But afterward I couldn’t stop laughing! It also made me realise I have a winner because apparently, he will eat anything I tell him that I have cooked!"
