NEW DELHI: A sold-out crowd of around 20,000 battled through a delay caused by huge thunder storm and rain to officially welcome Lionel Messi to Inter Miami on Sunday.
As tropical downpour delayed the start of "The Unveil", the packed-house at the DRV PNK Stadium took cover, waited out the rain. The ceremony started after nearly a two-hour delay as the delighted fans were seen chanting Messi's name while the lights dimmed on the venue.
