Amazon Prime Day is fast approaching but shoppers can still bag deals and discounts ahead of the event. And one such offer is on a pint-pulling machine that’s perfect for a home or garden bar.
The Salter draft machine has seen its price cut by five per cent, taking it down from £178.99 to £169.99 - making it £20 cheaper than the Philips version that Aldi are currently stocking.
The chilled beer dispenser is a freestanding home draft machine and beer tap, which can be used alongside five litre kegs to dispense beer just like it would be served up down the local boozer.

With the machine costing just under £170, and the average price of a pint in the UK around £4.07, drinkers would need to sup 41 pints in order for the product to be cost effective in the long run.
The tap is compatible with any universal carbonated and non-carbonated five-litre kegs, and comes with three CO2 cartridges to dispense fresh, frothy beer chilled between three and six degrees in seconds.
Complete with a removable drip tray to help prevent spills, this home draught machine is perfect for drinks on any social occasion.
It comes in £20 cheaper than the Philips Perfect Draft Machine, stocked at Aldi. This draft machine provides ‘up to 30 days’ of fresh beer and also chills to three degrees.
Aldi said: “There is nothing better than a refreshing cold glass of beer and what better way to have it than in the comfort of your own home with the Philips Perfect Draft Machine. Its robust design has a solid insulation and features an LCD display so you can keep track of the temperature, volume and freshness of your beer, whatever the weather.”
Shoppers have praised the machine, with Jaggedman writing: “Fantastic little device great for any beer drinker, man cave or any occasion for that matter love it.”
Nige added: “Quality. Plenty of off licence shops sell these kegs now and cheaper than Beer Hawk lots of lagers to choose from. Best round.”
The Salter draft machine is on offer ahead of Amazon Prime Day, which takes place on 12 and 13 July 2022 in the UK. The day is the second biggest sale event of the year for the online retailer, behind Black Friday in November, and returns to its mid-July slot for the first time in a couple of years.
The sale will likely see Amazon reduce the price of everything from its own Echo and Echo Dot devices to vacuum cleaners and air fryers. Amazon typically launches daily deals alongside quickfire 'Lightning' deals that last for a couple of hours or until they sell out. There are expected to be tens of thousands of discounts across the event.
