There are huge discounts available on Xbox games ahead of Amazon Prime Day 2023.
Some games have been reduced by over 50%, ranging from action and adventure to Sci-Fi and fantasy. Players can also pick up consoles, both standalone and in bundles, as well as accessories for reduced prices too.
These mainly apply to Xbox Series X and S. Series X consoles are more expensive than Series S titles, and come with increased storage, disc compatibility and a Blu-Ray drive.

Amazon Prime Day has become a bit of an event, with many people putting off purchases and waiting for the big day to see if the items they want have had their prices slashed. This year it will be a two-day event with bargains expected across a number of items on their site.
In order to take part in Amazon Prime Day, you will need to be an Amazon Prime member which is currently £95 a year or £8.99 a month although you can sign up for a 30 day free trial.
Here is a selection of some of the discounts available for Xbox.
Consoles
You could make some savings on an Xbox Series S. A bundle with FIFA 23 is priced at £14.98, a £5 saving.
You could also get a standalone Series S for £289.98, down from £299.99. A Series X which includes Forza Horizon 5 is available for £469.95, down from £489.99.
There’s an Xbox One S available too with 10% off at £169.99, but stocks are limited.
Accessories
Discounts are available on controllers too. A black Xbox Series X/S controller is available for £49.95, down from £54.99. You could also get a wireless controller in a range of colours for £49.98, reduced from £54.99.
If you’re in need for more storage on your Xbox Series X or S, a Seagate Storage Expansion Card might be useful. It's available for £148.90, down from £243.56.
Games
War game Company of Heroes for the Series X has been reduced by 27% to £39.95. A remake of action adventure title Alan Wake has been reduced by over 50% to £11.95.
Marvel fans will be rejoicing at the price of Guardians of the Galaxy, reduced by 78% to £12.97. Those who prefer fantasy games can enjoy The Lord of the Rings: Gollum for 60% off at £19.97.
Call of Duty: Vanguard also has a sizable discount, down from £69.99 to £17.85. Similarly, Sci-Fi title Scars Above has been reduced by over £50% to £16.97.
