Fire TV Stick owners can now get some big new features for less thanks to an eye-catching deal from Amazon. The online retailer has just slashed the price of its Alexa Voice Remote Pro which comes packed with upgrades that SKy users have been enjoying for years.
This mini channel changer usually costs £34.99 but, for a limited time, that price has been slashed to just £29.99.
That's a bit of a bargain considering what's included inside this accessory.
The gadget, which was announced late last year, features things you won't find on the standard Fire remote including backlit keys which glow when the lights get low.
There's also the ability to find it should it slip down the side of the sofa with owners simply asking, "Alexa, find my remote" and the device then letting out a very loud beep.
Both of these useful upgrades have featured on Sky Q and Sky Glass devices for a while and they certainly improve the usability and end the nightmare of mislaying the remote.
Along with the glowing keys and alarm, there are also some other bonus extras you won't find on the channel changer that ships with Fire TV Sticks and Cubes.
There are two extra buttons that can be customised to launch favourite apps or channels with just one touch. That will save endless time scrolling through menus to find the things you watch the most.
A dedicated headphone button also offers a hassle-free way to pair your wireless headphones so you can blast out a movie without disturbing the family.
Of course, it also gets quick launch buttons for Disney+, Netflix, Prime Video and Netflix plus there are the usual volume controls and the ability to pause or rewind what's being watched.
There's no word on how long this price cut will be available for, but Amazon has confirmed that it is a 'limited time' offer so you might need to act fast if you want to take advantage.
