Heart Breakfast host Amanda Holden popped champagne on the top of the UK's highest mountain – Ben Nevis – this morning marking the end of an epic 3 peaks 24 hour challenge live on air.
The TV personality, 51, rose to the task before declaring it “the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life” when speaking to co-star Jamie Theakston from the 4,411 ft summit after climbing the highest mountains of Wales, England and Scotland (Snowdon, Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis) to raise funds for Global’s Make Some Noise.
Together with her team of trusty ‘Mandy’s Mountaineers’ - the group battled the elements during the challenge including severe weather warnings, 60mph winds, rain and snow.
