Bravo fans are getting a new look at West Wilson and Amanda Batula’s flirty dynamic in the months leading up to the bombshell reveal of their relationship.
Just a week after Wilson and Batula confirmed their romance, the first trailer for In The City — the new spinoff of Summer House — was released Tuesday, revealing a touchy moment between the all-smiles pair.
“Hey cutie!” Batula, 34, yelled on a New York City street as Wilson approached her in the series preview. Wilson, 31, responded, “Hey Mandy,” before the two hugged.
While it’s not clear exactly when the encounter was filmed, it appeared to take place while Batula was still with her estranged husband, Kyle Cooke. Batula and Cooke announced their separation in January.
The trailer teased that the new series, which premieres May 19, will show the fallout of Batula and Cooke’s breakup after four years of marriage and 10 years together.
In The City was filmed “directly out of Summer House Season 10 in fall 2025,” Bravo said in a press release. The series will follow the cast as they “navigate the biggest transitions of their lives,” the release said. In addition to Wilson, Batula and Cooke, the show also features Summer House alums Lindsay Hubbard, Danielle Olivera and Andrea Denver, as well as a slate of newcomers.
The trailer also alludes to Batula accusing Cooke of cheating by saying, “Who was in our apartment last night while I’m asleep? Do you know how many times you’ve cheated on me?”
In what appears to be another emotional scene, Hubbard says: “I am watching my friends demolish their relationship.”
Batula and Wilson shocked the internet when they announced their relationship in a March 31 joint statement on Instagram. The two co-stars had kept their relationship a secret from their castmates, including Cooke as well as Batula’s best friend Ciara Miller, who previously dated Wilson.

While there is no evidence of cheating, Batula and Wilson acknowledged in their statement that while the romance is “still very new,” they wanted to “provide some clarity” amid the online speculation.
“As our feelings evolved, we wanted to take time to understand exactly what we were feeling,” they said. “We also recognize that this has had an impact beyond just us and never wanted our actions to cause any hurt or be perceived as careless.”
Miller unfollowed Batula and Wilson on Instagram immediately after their statement was released.
In The City premieres May 19 immediately after the Summer House season 10 finale.
