Alyssa Milano has had her breast implants removed to "let go of the body that was sexualised and abused".

The 52-year-old actress - who has been a proponent of the #MeToo moment - has shared a photo of herself in a hospital gown, and explained that she originally saw her breast augmentation as "necessary for [her] to be attractive".
