Can I get a free delivery at AllSaints?
Yes, AllSaints has free standard delivery on orders of £100 or more. With high-quality investment pieces, this isn't a difficult total. If your purchase is less than £100, standard shipping costs £3.95.
Does AllSaints have a student discount?
Yes, AllSaints now has a new sitewide 10% off student discount. You will need to confirm you're a student Student Beans, then you'll be able to get your exclusive code.
Does AllSaints have a sale?
Yes, absolutely. AllSaints has a dedicated sale page on its website. Our savings editors have noted the best times for last year's sales, so we can predict this year's. We're expecting 60% off for the Mid-Season sales (April), 30% off for Bank Holiday sales (May) and Black Friday (Nov).
Are returns free at AllSaints?
Yes, returns are free to AllSaints. You'll have 28 days to return your order from the date it is delivered. Your items will need to be returned in unworn condition and original packaging, with any tags or labels attached. There are some exclusions, including pierced earrings, swimwear without hygiene seals, and clearly used fragrances.

Newsletter email discount: Sign up for the AllSaints newsletter and phone updates to get 15% off your first purchase. If you'd prefer emails only, this will be 10% off instead. You'll need to provide your name, then womenswear or menswear preference, too. Email subscribers usually save the most with early sales access and new product updates.
NHS discount: NHS staff and healthcare professionals can get a 10% off discount with the Blue Light Card. This is valid for all key workers, too. You'll need to log into your Blue Light Card account online to confirm your place of work and see your unique code. Note: this only works for full-priced items.
AllSaints app: Be sure to download the AllSaints app and you'll get sales alerts straight to your phone. You'll also be able to easily track orders and get new product notifications. Another feature we love is the ability to create a wishlist—perfect for planning ahead of sales and only spending on what you really want to.
