Marvel Tokon Fighting Souls has five separate Episode Mode campaigns. Each of them is built around different teams of Marvel heroes or villains.

The Fighting Avengers, Unbreakable X-Men, Amazing Guardians, Samurai Outriders, and Knights of Doom all take part in the same larger conflict. However, each group has its own opening battles, enemies, and story perspective.
