All Marathon editions and pre-order bonuses

Bungie’s upcoming extraction shooter, Marathon, is on the final stretch to its long-awaited release. If you’re looking to pre-order Marathon or buy it shortly after it launches, there are three editions to choose from, each with its own bonuses.

Here’s a full overview of Marathon‘s editions, their prices, and bonuses.

Marathon pre-order bonuses

Pre-ordering any Marathon edition grants exclusive rewards, including a weapon style, charm, and more. These rewards are available until March 17, 2026, so you can still get them after the game launches on March 5. After that, these items will no longer be included with purchase.

Here are all the Marathon pre-order rewards:

On top of that, there are also a few Destiny 2 rewards you can get as long as you buy Marathon on the platform linked to the same Bungie account as Destiny 2.

Here are all the Destiny 2 Marathon pre-order rewards:

• UESC Echo-type Shell Exotic Ghost
• UESC Rover Exotic Ship
• UESC Sprinter Exotic Sparrow

You can claim these items at the Special Deliveries terminal in the Tower.

Marathon Standard edition

Marathon‘s Standard edition costs $39.99, and grants access to the base game and all of its features, like Runner Shells, moddable weapons, maps, as well as the post-launch content. While there’s no roadmap yet, post-launch may include new maps, Runner Shells, events, and more.

Here’s everything included in the Marathon Standard edition:

• Base game
• Seven Runner Shells
• Moddable Weapons, Body Implants, and Core System Upgrades
• Access to all gameplay updates as the year progresses, including: maps, Runner Shells, and events

Marathon Deluxe edition

Marathon‘s Deluxe edition costs $59.99, and grants a couple of additional rewards on top of everything in the Standard edition. There are multiple weapons and Runner skins. There’s also a Premium Rewards Pass Voucher, which supposedly lets you choose a Rewards Pass to unlock, as they don’t expire.

For those of you who want to add a touch of Marathon‘s unique art style to your home or office, you can get the Collector’s edition for $229.99. It comes with a couple of exclusive collectibles, all packed in a layered box that takes you through Sekiguchi Genetics’ shell-weaving process.
