All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen opens its account in Madhya Pradesh, eyes state polls

HYDERABAD: The All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM), which has set its sights on the 2023 assembly elections in BJP-ruled Madhya Pradesh, has opened its account in civic body polls.

Four AIMIM candidates registered victory in Jabalpur, Burhanpur and Khandwa. Of the four, two candidates won in Jabalpur and one each in the municipal bodies of Burhanpur and Khandwa cities.
