Alinghi Red Bull Racing, the Challenger for the 37th America’s Cup, recently unveiled their impressive AC75 yacht, named BoatOne, in Barcelona, Spain. The grand reveal took place at the team's base, where a large digital countdown marked the momentous occasion. As the shed doors opened, BoatOne emerged enveloped in fog, creating a dramatic effect that captivated the audience.
The unveiling event featured a stunning performance by La Fura Dels Baus, a renowned Catalan urban theatre troupe. Over 70 artists dressed in black batwing suits ascended on vertical lines, forming a human sail above the yacht, symbolizing the team's readiness for the upcoming America’s Cup sailing race scheduled for October 2024.
