Alice Evans has made some big updates to her Instagram account after estranged husband Ioan Gruffudd was granted a three-year restraining order against her.
The 102 Dalmatians star's status is currently set to "Divorce hell" in the wake of the Tuesday's hearing, as her followers wait for her to break her silence on the latest development in the ongoing divorce proceedings.
Fantastic Four actor Ioan, 48, had previously won a temporary restraining order against Alice, 54, in February as he claimed he was inundated with messages from her.
Following the order, Alice has made multiple posts about her estranged husband on social media – sharing text messages between Ioan and their child.
Since the former couple announced their split in January 2021, Alice has often used both Instagram and Twitter to make a number of allegations about her ex and share updates on their ongoing divorce with her followers.
A hearing took place on Tuesday August 2 at the Superior Court of California's Family Division to grant the restraining order that demanded Alice not make any more social media posts on any account "including but not limited to Instagram and Twitter accounts, disparaging or harassing [Ioan] or the other protected person".
The Vampire Diaries actress - who was a no-show at the hearing - has since wiped all traces of her ex from her Instagram account.
The mum-of-two, 54, has deleted or archived all recent posts focused on Harrow actor Ioan over recent days - including screenshots of text conversations between him and their eldest child.
The latest post on Alice's Instagram page is now a video posted three weeks ago of her 8-year-old daughter Elsie telling some jokes.
Alice's bio - which was updated days before Tuesday's hearing - currently reads: "‘Status: Divorce hell [sad-face emoji]’."
The last image of Ioan posted on Alice's Instagram page is now one originally shared 46 weeks ago - a black-and-white snap of the Hornblower actor hugging one of their children in bed, taken prior to their split.
"A thing of beauty. I know," Alice captioned the picture last year.
"The only thing we all worry about secretly is: will she get his nose?
"Shhhh."
The mum-of-two's verified Twitter account is currently deactivated at the time of reporting.
In court documents obtained by the Mirror, the judge granted Liar actor Ioan, who shares two children Ella, 12, and eight-year-old Elise with ex Alice, a three year long restraining order.
The order will expire on August 2 2025 and the document states Alice must be "personally 'served' (given) a copy of the order".
In the document, it also revealed that Ioan, known for his cameo in 1997 blockbuster Titanic, was present at the hearing alongside his two attorneys Anne Campbell Kiley and Katherine Heersema.
The documents also claimed that Alice continued to cause her ex-husband issues and he wanted additional provisions added to the existing restraining order.
It demanded that Alice not make any more social media posts on any account "including but not limited to Instagram and Twitter accounts, disparaging or harassing [Ioan] or the other protected person".
The document also requested that Alice should not post his text messages or any communications between himself and his children on any social media account.
Ioan also requested the judge order Alice not to contact his employer or make negative statements about him to his employers.
Further, the documents also listed Ioan's new girlfriend Bianca Wallace in the documents.
The documents stated that Alice had "has used her social media accounts to continue to harass, threaten, and disturb the peace of both me and my girlfriend, Bianca Wallace".
The Mirror has previously contacted representatives for Alice and Ioan respectively
Ioan filed for divorce from Alice last year following the fallout of their dramatic split.
The former couple met during the filming of 102 Dalmatians and were married for 13 years after they tied the knot in 2007.
