Alex Jones has shared her fears that she may miss tonight's episode of The One Show. The 45-year-old presenter, who is from Carmarthenshire, took to Instagram on Friday, November 4 to update fans that she was stuck in traffic.
In a short video accompanied by Adele's Chasing Pavements, Alex could be seen in the back of a car. Her caption read: "I've been in this car for a LONG time but it was worth it to surprise a very special lady (you can see that soon on @bbctheoneshow)
"But will I make it in time for tonight's show?!! Not looking good," she shared with a panicked look on her face.
