Aldi shoppers rave about £6 perfume 'dupe' of designer fragrances worth over £100

If you're looking for budget-priced luxurious beauty products, then everyone knows that supermarket chain Aldi has you covered.

The popular budget supermarket has become well known for providing beauty enthusiasts with designer 'dupes' thanks to their own beauty brand, Lacura.

From blushers similar to the cult NARS brand to perfumes similar to Jo Malone, Aldi's range of low cost beauty products are said to be almost identical to their designer counterparts.

And as the cost of living crisis continues to rage on, many of us might find that we have to cut back on our favourite beauty products, such as fragrances.

Luckily, Aldi has us covered with a bottle of £6 perfume that has shoppers on social media saying that it smells identical to Giorgio Armani's My Way fragrance.

The floral and feminine perfume is a popular go-to fragrance for many beauty enthusiasts, but it does come with the hefty price-tag of around £108.

Which is why shoppers are raving about the budget-priced Lady Pour Femme from the supermarket's own beauty label Lacura. At just £6, shoppers can save over £100 when compared to the designer fragrance.

The luxurious budget priced fragrance has also managed to rack up five star reviews on Aldi's website, with shoppers saying it smells "fantastic" when compared to designer labels.

Sharing to the Aldi UK Shoppers group on Facebook, beauty enthusiast Lizzie said she wished she knew about the 'dupe' before paying full price for the designer bottle.

She captioned the post: "Ladies don't walk but run to Aldi and get yourself this!! Its a dupe of Armani my way, it smells amazing. £6 is better thank the £108 price tag, wish I knew before I bought the original."

The post received an overwhelming response from shoppers, with many praising the "amazing" perfume for saving them a fortune.

"It's smells great, I wear the Aldi dupes as my everyday work perfume, saves me a fortune!", raved one shopper.

"I bought a bottle of this, it’s amazing", praised another.

"It’s so nice, perfect for daily use at very little expense. I love the Aldi dupes I have a few now", said a third.

Other shoppers pointed out that the fragrance was also a similar to Caroline Herrera's Good Girl which retails at around £98 for one bottle.

"Its the " dupe" for Good Girl, I have both , smells exactly the same", said one shopper.

Lizzie responded with: "It's definitely my way it smells very similar if not exactly same, I have my way and my husband likes the smell of it, and I asked him what perfume I was wearing and he thought it was my way but it was the aldi dupe xx."

Either way, Aldi's own label fragrance will still see shoppers save around £100, which is a bargain.

Aldi's £5.99 Lacura Lady Pour Femme is available in-stores now.
