If you've ever had struggles with your sleeping pattern, then you'll be aware of how difficult it can be to get in your recommended eight hours.
Whether it's staying awake due to a busy mind, or scrolling through your phone for hours on end, it can sometimes feel like getting a decent night's sleep in this modern society is more difficult than ever.
There are certainly a lot of remedies out there, with a weighted blanket being one popular option - and it looks like Aldi is selling one of the best options.
The budget supermarket's Kirkton House 7kg Adults Weighted Blanket has been a hit with shoppers who say that it helps with their sleep patterns and anxiety.
Aldi has described their blanket as "ideal for lounging on the sofa, this super soft cosy blanket will ensure you get the rest and relaxation you deserve".
Originally priced at just £29.99, the weighted blanket seems to have been reduced to just £9.99 as part of one stores infamous middle aisle selection.
One savvy shopper shared the incredible bargain to the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Group on Facebook after they spotted it in their SpecialBuys range.
The bargain, which already has multiple five star reviews on Aldi's website, was met with enthusiasm from shoppers who praised the weighted blanket for helping them on their way to dreamland.
"Didn’t sleep for months for what ever reason I still don’t know but 5 nights under one of these, I’m sleeping like a baby again.x", praised one shopper.
"Really helps with anxiety at night, best thing I ever bought Olivia. Worth a try", said a second who tagged their friend.
"These help me with sleep", said a third.
As the bargain blanket is not currently available online, and may only be available in select stores, hundreds of shoppers commented that they would be heading to stores to try and get one for themselves.
"Will have a look tomorrow", said one shopper.
"Need one of these xx", raved a second.
"I need one of these asap!", commented a third.
Aldi's Kirkton House Weighted Blanket may not be available in all stores, so it is worth checking with your local store for any stock.
