If you're looking for some Valentine's inspiration, then Aldi is ahead of the game.
The budget supermarket says that it has been inspired by Jo Malone and has produced Valentine’s candles, starting from £4.99 with its top of the range £9.99 candle coming in £40 cheaper than its rival.
Aldi has previously created a line of dupes inspired by the brand including perfumes and hurricane candles, which fans went wild for last year.
At the heart of the latest collection is a romantic Red Roses centrepiece candle, which the German retailer says is "inspired by the Jo Malone equivalent, only it’s £40 cheaper and burns for 15 hours longer".
Giant reed diffusers in matching scents and light-up LED candles are also in the line-up.
With a huge burn time of 60 hours, the wick- ed Hotel Collection Centrepiece Candles (£9.99, 700g) come in two floral scents: Red Roses and Paris Blossoms.
Adding to the stores Hotel Collection candle range, the retailer says it makes the perfect table centrepiece for any romantic candlelit dinner.
If that’s not enough floral fragrance, shoppers can also get their hands on Aldi’s Hotel Collection XL Reed Diffusers (£9.99, 400ml), in matching scents.
New for 2022, Aldi’s £4.99 Scentscerity LED Light Up Candle comes in a glamourous rose gold or deep romantic red and is the perfect gift for those who want to move away from the traditional flowers and chocolate this Valentine’s Day.
