Alan Carr has been pictured in public for the first time since splitting from husband Paul Drayton.
The comedian, 45, looked downcast as he enjoyed a solo walk along the pier in Southend.
Looking glum, Alan carried a hot drink in his hand as he braved the cold winter weather during his outing on the weekend.
Alan wrapped up in a huge road coat, with sage green trousers and a beanie hat as he got some fresh air.
He was spotted still wearing his wedding ring following the news he is breaking up with Paul.
They have been married for three years, but have been a couple for 13 years and said they have made the decision "jointly and amicably".
On Friday, in a statement to the PA news agency, the spokesperson said: "After 13 years as a couple and three years of marriage, Alan Carr and Paul Drayton would like to announce they are separating.
"They have jointly and amicably made the difficult decision to divorce and go their separate ways.
"We request that their privacy is respected at this sensitive time."
Their split comes after a tough 2021 for the couple - with Paul struggling in his battle against alcohol addiction.
Paul and Alan tied the knot back in 2018 after 10 years together as a couple - with the Chatty Man's pal Adele heavily involved in the nuptials.
The pair married in Los Angeles, with a spokesperson for Alan saying at the time: "Alan Carr married his long-term partner Paul Drayton at a small private ceremony in LA last week.
"The couple are currently on honeymoon in Mexico and are planning a big celebration with all their family and friends back in the UK later this summer. They are both extremely happy."
Last month, it was revealed that Paul was set to have holes drilled in his skull as he underwent a life-saving operation.
The 50-year-old took to Instagram in December to reveal details of the emergency surgery, and told his followers he would be ‘offline for a while’ as he recovers.
The health update came just months after the couple confirmed Paul had fallen off the wagon in his journey to sobriety during the summer.
Alan and Paul had an amazing start to married life, as megastar Adele organised their big day as well as paying for it and officiating the wedding.
The comedian and the chart-topping singer have been close friends since they met in 2008 and he had been open about his desire for her to sing at the wedding.
Speaking on The One Show, Alan said: "We’ve known her for ages, and when we told her we were getting married she said, 'Can I please plan the whole day for you?'
"She did it all at her house. So, we got in there, and there is a grand piano with a man playing Ordinary People.
"Then she sang with our first dance, it was absolutely amazing. I can never repay her, she’s a one-off as we all know."
