Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe had a wild 2023 season that ended with a strong finish and him cementing his spot as the leader of the Alabama offense. He will also be the leader in 2024 as it has come out that Milroe is going to pass on his opportunity to enter the 2024 NFL draft and will instead return for his senior season.
In 12 games, Milroe racked up 3,186 total yards of offense and 35 total touchdowns. Milroe went 11-1 as a starter including the SEC Championship game. His best performance of the season was against LSU when he threw for 219 yards, rushed for 155 more and had four total touchdowns.

Milroe had a great year but if his goal is to be a first-round pick, going back to school makes sense. 2024 is a crowded quarterback class and there could be as many as three or four quarterbacks coming off the board in the first, and we currently have Milroe graded as a late second, early third-round prospect.
