An Air India flight travelling from Frankfurt to Delhi was diverted to Jaipur on Wednesday morning following a perceived security concern, with sources initially reporting a bomb threat and a suspected hijack scare. The aircraft was cleared after security checks and resumed its onward journey to Delhi on Wednesday afternoon.
The Boeing 787-9 aircraft, operating as flight AI2030, landed safely at Jaipur International Airport at around 9:35 am and was escorted to an isolation bay for security inspections.
