A man was rushed to hospital after falling from the roof of a building on an industrial estate.
Police, paramedics and an air ambulance were called to Hornhouse Lane in Kirkby at around 2.15pm on Tuesday and several road closures were put in place. It came following reports a man had fallen from a roof on the industrial estate.
He was taken to hospital with injuries which are not believed to be life threatening, police said.

A witness reported seeing police and paramedics inside a warehouse on Knowsley Industrial Park at around 3pm. The ECHO understands the incident occurred at Studley Engineering Ltd, a mechanical contractor on Knowsley Industrial Park.
North West Ambulance Service confirmed an air ambulance and a response vehicle attended the incident along with an advanced paramedic and a normal ambulance crew. Merseyside Police said enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
A police spokesperson said: "Merseyside Police can confirm officers are in attendance in Knowsley this afternoon (Tuesday, May 10). Emergency services were called to an industrial premises on Hornhouse Lane at around 2.15pm, to reports a man had fallen from a roof.
"Police, the North West Ambulance Service and Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service were in attendance. The man has been taken to hospital. His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
"Enquiries into the incident are ongoing."
